Hour of Code 2016

Hour of Code 2016

December 5th- 11th
What is the Hour of code?

Let's introduce our students to the world of computer science through exploring coding. The Hour of Code week was developed to expose all students to a variety of resources which they can learn about coding. Share one of the text sets below or visit https://code.org/ to take it even further. Just spend one hour this week letting your students experience coding.

                         K-5                                                                        6-12

Interested in taking this exploration a step further?

Explore the class resources created by Karly Moura below. And if you are ready for learning more about integrating coding into your classroom, be sure to check out Beyond the Hour of Code, By Sam Patterson.
